We have been operating out of this spot in Ramgadh for quite some time now. It is located in the Dhrangadhra taluka, which means it gets pretty dusty around here whenever the wind picks up across the Surendranagar district. Being at At&Post:Ramgadh, we are part of the local landscape here. Essar Steel Limited does steel work every day. Most of the guys working in the office and the yard are from the nearby villages. We usually try to start as early as we can because that afternoon heat in Gujarat can really be a bit much for everyone. The office itself isn't anything fancy to look at. It is just a simple room with a couple of desks and some chairs where we keep our paperwork and ledgers. If you are coming from the main post office in town, you just follow the road straight down until you see our gate. Sometimes the big trucks have a bit of trouble making the sharp turns on the local roads, but they always manage to get through eventually. It is mostly just about keeping things moving from one day to the next. We do not have a big fancy sign or anything like that, just the gate and the name. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the afternoon, so we just sit outside in the shade and wait for it to come back on. It is a quiet area for the most part.
