Adarsh Nivasi Shala

Adarsh Nivasi Shala is located in Rafaleshwar, which is part of the Morbi area. Being a residential school, it is a bit different from your average day school because the students actually live here with us. This means the school is active almost all the time, not just during normal hours. The building sits in a quiet spot, away from the main hustle of the ceramic factories that Morbi is known for. We have dormitories for the kids, a dining area, and of course, the classrooms where they spend their mornings. It is a very communal way of living, and everyone has to pitch in to keep things running smoothly. The atmosphere is more like a big family than a corporate office. We have a daily routine that everyone follows, from morning exercise to evening study sessions. It is a lot of responsibility looking after kids around the clock, but we have a dedicated team that has been doing this for a long time. The facilities are basic and honest. We don’t have luxury accommodations, just clean and functional spaces where the students can sleep and study. Life in Rafaleshwar is simple, and we try to reflect that in how we run the school. It is about giving these kids a stable place to stay while they get their education. We just take things one day at a time and try to do right by the students who call this place home. We stay busy, but that's just life here.
