In Moradabad, people appreciate when you’re direct and don’t waste their time with fancy talk. That’s how we try to run things here. Our office is a simple place where we plan out our construction jobs. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with sleek desks. We’ve got some old chairs that are actually comfortable and enough desk space for our paperwork. Construction is messy work, so our office often has a bit of dust or some boots by the door. We don't mind. We focus on the actual building part of the business. Everyone here knows each other well, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here in Laxman Gunj. Sometimes the power goes out or the road outside gets muddy after the rain, but we just keep going. It’s a real place for real work. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with deadlines and a list of things to buy for the next site. We like being part of the community in Chandausi and being reachable for anyone who needs us. It's a modest setup but it suits us just fine.
