We’ve been here in Civil Lines for a while now. The office is just a regular place where we show up every morning, usually around nine or nine-thirty depending on the traffic. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a few computers that sometimes act up when it gets too hot outside. Being in Civil Lines means we’re right in the middle of everything, so there’s always noise from the street and people walking by. Sometimes the tea stall down the road brings over a few cups, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon break. We spend most of the day handling paperwork and answering phone calls. It’s a lot of routine stuff, really. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because there’s always something else to do. Most of us have lived in this city our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts to get here. M International is just the name on the door, but for us, it’s where we spend forty hours a week trying to stay organized. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a small team of people sitting in a room getting work done. When the sun starts to set over the buildings nearby, we start packing up our bags. It isn't a flashy life, but it works for us. We just close the door and head home.
