Tech Mahindra

Our office is on the second floor of the V 226 building in Uttar Pradesh. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a good view of the street below. We are part of the Tech Mahindra setup here, and the atmosphere is pretty focused. You will mostly see people sitting at their computers with their headphones on, trying to solve one technical problem or another. It gets quite hot in this part of the country, so we are lucky the cooling system usually stays on all day. The office is not very large, so we all know each other pretty well. We do not go in for any of that high-level corporate talk you might expect from a big company name. In this branch, we are just a group of people who know a lot about technology and try to apply it to whatever project is on the schedule. Sometimes the printers act up or the coffee runs out, and we just handle it like anyone else would. We have a lot of cables running along the floor and stacks of old monitors in the corner that we should probably get rid of eventually. It is a real working environment, not something out of a brochure. We just focus on the code or the data in front of us and try to do a decent job every single day.
