Living and working in Moradabad, especially in Deputy Ganj, means things are always moving. Our place is at House No. 140. It’s a busy spot. Most of our time goes into the catering side of things. If there is a wedding or a big party in town, we are usually back in the kitchen getting everything ready. It gets loud and hot in there but that’s just how it is. We’ve been doing this for a long time. The restaurant part keeps us on our toes during the lunch and dinner hours. We don’t have any fancy robots or high-tech systems. It’s just people cooking food for other people. Sometimes we run out of something or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. Moradabad-244001 is a big area and we try to cover as much of it as we can. Our staff stays pretty much the same year to year. We know the local tastes because we live here too. Dealing with big events is stressful but seeing the empty plates at the end is a good feeling. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people just find us because they ate our food at someone else's house or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple business run from an old house.
