Our office is located at Haji Ramzani, right opposite the Kuon Wali Masjid at Bhure Ka Chowraha in Moradabad. It is a very busy part of town, and the masjid is a great landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Being near the chowraha means there is always a lot of activity outside, which we actually quite like. Inside, we focus on tax matters. It’s a small setup. We don't have a big corporate staff, just a few of us who know our way around a tax return. We spend a lot of our time explaining rules to local shopkeepers and making sure their paperwork is in order. It’s not always easy because tax laws change a lot, but we stay on top of it as best as we can. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere. People come in, have a seat, and we talk through their financial concerns. There is nothing fancy about the way we work. We use plain English and try to make the whole process of filing taxes less of a headache for our neighbors. Sometimes the noise from the street is quite loud, but we’ve got used to the rhythm of Moradabad over the years. We just focus on getting the forms filled out correctly and making sure our clients are sorted.
