Property Heights Infrabuilders Llp is located over at D-148 in Prem Nagar. This is in the Linepaar area of Moradabad. If you know the 244001 area, you probably know it’s a busy part of town. We are right there in the middle of it. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place where we sit down to figure out building plans and manage the laborers. Construction is a tough business and it gets quite dusty around here, especially when we have vehicles moving back and forth. We have been working out of Moradabad for some time now, so we are used to how things work in this city. At D-148, there’s usually someone around to answer questions, though we spend a lot of our time out at the actual building sites checking on the progress. It is a lot of looking at walls, checking the levels, and making sure the materials arrived on time. We don't use any big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, it's just us standing around a site with a cup of tea talking about how many bricks we need for the next phase. Moradabad is famous for its brass, but we are all about the bricks and mortar. The office has seen better days, the paint is a bit faded, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't need a fancy glass building to do our jobs. Most of the time, the air is thick with the sound of the city and the smell of nearby street food. We just take one project at a time and try to finish it.
