Navtap Builders Private Limited is tucked away on the first floor, right above the Krishna Transport company. If you're looking for us, we are near the railway crossing by Dehri Village bypass in the Peetal Basti area. It’s a busy spot in Moradabad. You can usually hear the trucks moving in and out downstairs all day long. We have a small office where we sort through plans and handle the boring side of building work. It’s not a quiet place, but it gets the job done. Being near the bypass makes it easy to get to different sites around town. We've been here for a bit now, just working through the daily tasks that come with being a builder in Uttar Pradesh. There’s always a lot of dust from the road and noise from the trains, but you get used to it after a week. We don't spend much on making the place look pretty because we'd rather be out at the sites anyway. We drink a lot of tea while looking at blueprints. Usually, someone is running late or a delivery is stuck, which is just how things go. It's a real place with real problems and we just figure them out one by one. Our neighbors at the transport company are good people too. It’s just how things work in this part of Moradabad. We just keep our heads down and work.
