Sam Export

Sam Export is based over in Mughal Pura 2nd. It’s a part of the city that has a lot of history and a lot of small businesses just like ours tucked away in the lanes. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a flashy storefront because we don’t really need one for the kind of export work we do. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, coordinating where things need to go and making sure the logistics aren’t getting messed up. It’s a lot of detail work that people don’t really see from the outside. Mughal Pura can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t from around here, but once you find your way to the 2nd area, it’s pretty straightforward. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all been working together for a while, so we kind of know what the other person is thinking without having to say much. There isn’t any fancy mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to make sure the boxes get to the right place on time. Sometimes things get delayed or there’s a hiccup with a shipment, and those are the days we end up staying late and drinking too much coffee. But that’s just part of the job. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here in our little corner of the world. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
