Minsa Collection

If you find yourself on Kabab Wali Gali, you’ll probably find us at Minsa Collection. We are located right in the Sarai Husaini Begum area on Baradari Street. It is a very lively part of town, especially in the evenings when the food stalls nearby start cooking. The smell of grilled meat is everywhere. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of space for the collections we keep. There are racks of clothes lining the walls and more stuff tucked into the corners. We spend a lot of time just organizing the stock and talking to people who wander in from the street. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't local, but that’s just how these old streets are. The floor is tile and stays relatively cool, which is nice. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just family and a few helpers keeping the place running. We use old wooden counters that have been here since we opened. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just use lanterns until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way to work. You get to know the regulars by name and hear all the local gossip. It’s not just a business; it’s part of the neighborhood. We focus on the daily tasks of selling and restocking without much fuss.
