Double Em Designer

Double Em Designer is a small tailoring and design shop we run here in Kisrol. We have been in this neighborhood for several years now and have become a bit of a fixture on the street. The shop is filled with the sound of sewing machines from morning until late evening. We have rolls of fabric leaning against the walls and threads of every color imaginable hanging on the racks. It is a busy environment and things can get a little messy when we have several orders going at once. We don't have a fancy showroom or mannequins in the window. Most of our work is done on the large wooden tables in the middle of the room. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and stitching outfits for the local residents. Kisrol is a lively place, and we often have people popping in just to see how their clothes are coming along. We are just a small team of workers who know our way around a needle and thread. During the wedding season, the shop gets incredibly crowded with people coming in for fittings and adjustments. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back to keep us moving through the busy hours. It's hard work and it can be tough on the back, but there is a certain satisfaction in finishing a garment and seeing it fit perfectly. We don't do any big marketing; we just rely on the quality of our sewing to keep people coming back.
