Marque Impex

Out here in Noorpur Village, things move at a different pace than in the city. Marque Impex is right off Chandausi Road, which sees a fair amount of trucks passing through every day. We’ve been set up here for a while, and the locals all know where we are. It’s mostly open space around us, which is nice for loading and unloading materials without getting in anyone’s way. The building itself is pretty simple, nothing too modern, but it does what it needs to do. We spend a lot of time in the yard, checking on shipments and making sure the counts are right. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. There isn't much of a front office, mostly just desks pushed together where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the road gets dusty, so we have to keep the windows shut, but you can still hear the traffic. We deal with various imports and exports, mostly things that come in through the main transport routes. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the village. People around here are friendly, and we often help each other out if a truck gets stuck or someone needs a hand with something. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just trying to stay busy and keep the business running.
