Our place is over in Lajpat Nagar in Moradabad. We actually use House No. 118-119, so it’s more of a home-style office setup than a glass skyscraper. It feels a bit more comfortable that way, honestly. Marinaindia Realtech Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a bit now. Moradabad is known for its brass, but we are doing something different here with the realtech side of things. The neighborhood is fairly lived-in, and we know most of the people on the street. It’s nice because you can just walk out and find a decent cup of coffee or a quick snack without having to drive anywhere. Inside the office, things are a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints. We try to keep it tidy, but when things get busy, the files start stacking up on the floor. The 244001 area is a good place to be for our daily needs. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit for five minutes to get some fresh air. The ceiling fans hum quite a bit during the summer, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just a few of us handling the daily grind. We deal with the local authorities and handle the technical stuff that comes with our name. It's a steady life here, and we just keep pushing through the tasks one by one without any big fuss.
