Hotel Tourist & Restaurant

We’ve been running Hotel Tourist & Restaurant for quite some time now, right here in the Tourist Building. It’s situated directly opposite the railway station in Civil Lines. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know how it gets with the trains coming and going at all hours. We spend a lot of our day just keeping things moving. The restaurant downstairs keeps us pretty busy too. It’s not a fancy place, just a straightforward spot where people stop by when they’re getting off a train or waiting for one. Sometimes the noise from the station carries over, but that’s just how it is living so close to the tracks. We see all kinds of people passing through these doors. Some are just here for a quick meal before heading further into the city, while others stay the night because they have an early departure. My morning usually starts with checking the kitchen supplies and seeing who checked out. It’s a lot of work keeping the rooms tidy and the food ready on time. The building itself has been around for a while, and you can tell by the walls and the way the stairs feel. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local business trying to make ends meet in a very busy part of the 244901 area. Most days are long, but we’re used to the rhythm of the railway station by now.
