Modipur Hotel is located over at the Spicecorp Ltd. premises, which many people around here still remember as Modicorp Ltd. It’s tucked away in the Modipur area. This isn’t one of those big hotels you see in the middle of a city center. It’s more of a functional place tied to the history of the company site here. We spend our days looking after the rooms and the people who come to stay, mostly for work or business related to the area. It is a bit quiet out here compared to the main towns, which is sometimes a good thing. We don’t have a big marketing department or glossy brochures. We just focus on making sure the place is clean and the lights are on. Dealing with a place like this involves a lot of routine. We see the same faces quite often, people who have been coming to Modipur for years. It’s an older building with its own quirks, but we do what we can to keep it running smoothly.
