Barista Coffee Company Ltd.

We’ve been here in Shivaji Nagar for a bit now. It’s usually quiet early on, but then the commuters from Linepar start showing up. My name is Raj, and I help run things here at the Barista Coffee Company Ltd. on Galino 2. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits everyone who needs a quick cup before heading to work. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines and making sure the beans are fresh. Sometimes the power goes out in Moradabad, so we have to deal with that. It’s just part of the day. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s not fancy, just a place to get coffee. We keep the chairs wiped down and the floor swept. Sometimes people stay and talk for an hour, other times they just grab a cup and run. It’s a busy spot near R.S. Saxena’s place. We don’t really do big ads or anything. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or are passing through Shivaji Nagar on their way to the station. It gets a bit loud in the afternoons when the schools let out, but we like the energy. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure the milk is cold and the espresso is hot. We keep some newspapers on the counter too, just in case someone wants to read while they sip. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people here.
