Asian Arts Centre

We are located down in Lakri Fazalpur, right in the middle of Transport Nagar. If you are coming off the Mini By Pass on Delhi Road, we are pretty easy to spot because we are quite close to the R.T.O. office. Asian Arts Centre is a busy place because there are always trucks moving around in this area. It gets very dusty and the noise from the traffic never really stops. We have our workshop and a bit of space for showing what we have made. It is a family thing, really. We grew up around the smell of wood and the sound of tools. We do not have a polished showroom with air conditioning and fancy lights. It is just a real place where work gets done every day. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers and the people who stop by after finishing their business at the R.T.O. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when it is too hot inside. We are not trying to be the biggest exporters or anything like that. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the things we send out are okay. It is a simple way to earn a living and we have been doing it this way for a long time now. The neighbors are good people and we all look out for each other when things get busy or the weather turns bad on the Delhi Road.
