You can find us at the Madhubani Complex on Kanth Road in Moradabad. We are up on the second floor, sharing space where M/S Creative World is. Arsh Infrazone Limited Liability Partnership is a small group of us who handle local infrastructure work. Moradabad is a place we know inside out, and being on Kanth Road puts us right in the middle of things. The 244001 area is pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Our office is pretty simple. We have some chairs, desks, and a lot of blueprints lying around. We don't really go for the corporate look because that's not who we are. We are just local people working on local projects. Sometimes the lift in the complex is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on how a site is progressing. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s the nature of the business. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors in the building. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any big speeches or slogans. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make sure everything is moving along like it should. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we enjoy the rhythm of it and the folks we meet while we are out.
