We have been here at Alam Biryani Private Limited for a while now. Our spot is right by Sambhali Gate, where it stays pretty busy most of the time. People know us as the place over by Mohd Azam's house or shop area. We start early every day getting things ready because making biryani takes a lot of time and patience. It is not just about the rice, it is about staying near the gate and keeping the fire going under the pots. There is usually a lot of noise from the street outside, but we just focus on the food and the people waiting. Our address is C/O Mohd Azamsambhali Gate. We do not have any fancy signs or big posters, just the usual kitchen stuff and a few tables for people to sit at. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the kitchen feels even hotter, but that is just how it goes for us. We see the same faces coming by every afternoon for their meal. It is a simple setup we have got here. We are not trying to be a big chain or anything. It is just us working near the gate. The gate is a good landmark for people trying to find where Alam Biryani is located. We just keep our heads down and cook. If you walk past the gate, you will see us. We try to keep things organized even when it gets really crowded during the lunch rush. It is a regular local business.
