We are based right in Longkhim Town. It’s a quiet place, but we keep busy with the agroorganic side of things. Most of us have been farming since we were kids. This company is basically just a way for the folks around Longkhim and Chare to work together. We don’t have a massive building or anything, just our spot in town where we coordinate everything. Farming in this part of the region takes a lot of patience. You can't rush the soil. We focus on organic methods because it’s what we know best and it feels more natural for the land. Our days usually start early before the sun gets too high. There is always someone coming by to talk about the crops or the weather. It’s a local thing, run by people who actually live here. We don't use big words or fancy talk. We just want to make sure the farming goes well for everyone involved. Sometimes we sit down and just figure things out as we go. It’s not a corporate setup with suits and ties, just us in our regular clothes getting the job done. The hills around here are beautiful but they make the work physically demanding. We’ve grown used to it over the years. This producer company is our way of staying connected and making sure we can keep doing what we love in Longkhim. We just do our work and hope the seasons are kind to us.
