Down in Plot No. 564 in the Industrial Area Phase-IX of Mohali, you’ll find our workshop. Yash Projects Fabrication Co. is where we deal with all kinds of heavy-duty fabrication. Mohali is full of places like ours, but we’ve carved out our own little corner over the years. The shop is big and drafty, which is good when it’s hot but not so great when winter hits. We have cranes and welding machines that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine for what we need. We don't spend much money on painting the walls or buying new office furniture. Most of our chairs are old and a bit wobbly from use. We’re more interested in the quality of the steel we’re using than how the office looks. Our days are filled with the sound of metal being moved around and the clank of heavy tools. It’s a heavy, physical job that requires a lot of patience and steady hands. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late into the night to finish it. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. If people need fabrication work done in Phase-IX, they usually just hear about us from someone else who was here. We keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like seeing a big structure finished.
