WMK Buildtech is a small outfit running out of Chajjumajra. We are located near the SBP Colony, specifically at the place of Amarjeet Singh Bajaj. It’s not a traditional office building. It feels more like a home base where we can gather our thoughts before heading out to the worksites. The village vibe is still there, even with all the new colonies popping up around us. We do a lot of building and construction work in this local area. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know Amarjeet or have seen us working on a house down the street. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the cement mixers are running. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure we have enough sand and bricks for the next day. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, and we end up stuck in the office just waiting for the rain to stop. It’s a simple way of working. We aren't looking to become some massive firm; we just like building things that stay standing. Our desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and old notebooks. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job for our neighbors in Chajjumajra and the surrounding spots. It keeps us quite busy.
