Unitech Limited, Gurgaon

This office is located at H.No. 1302 in Sector 68 of Mohali. It’s a bit different from our other spots because it’s in Punjab and feels a little more spread out. The house number is 1302, and it’s a regular residential style building where we have set up the Unitech Limited operations. It’s quiet compared to the noise of Delhi or Gurgaon. Most of the time, you just hear the birds or the neighbors going about their day. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It is not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a place where you sit down, have a cup of tea, and get to work. The commute is not too bad for the staff who live around here. Sector 68 is a decent area, quite clean and organized. We don't have any big signs outside, so you have to look for the house number carefully. Inside, there are stacks of documents and some old calendars on the walls. We don't worry much about how the place looks to outsiders. As long as the internet works and we have enough light to see what we are doing, it is fine. Some of us have been working here for years. It’s just a steady, normal place to be. We don't have meetings about things like vision or missions; we just handle the day's business and go home.
