Our setup is located out in Village Kakrali Mubarakpur, which is part of the Dera Bassi tehsil in Mohali. We are pretty close to Vasundhara Chowk, which is how most people find their way to us. Being in construction and engineering means our boots are usually a bit dusty. We spend a lot of time on-site, making sure things are actually getting built the way they should be. It’s hard work and the weather in Mohali isn't always kind, but we keep at it. We’ve been working around this district for a while, dealing with the local ground conditions and the specific needs of building in this area. It’s not just about drawing plans; it’s about being there when the cement arrives or when a pipe doesn’t fit. Our office isn’t anything too fancy because we’d rather spend the time and money on the actual construction projects. People around here know us as the guys who show up and get the job done without too much fuss. We deal with all sorts of building tasks, from small repairs to bigger structural work. There’s a lot of coordination involved with laborers and suppliers, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We’ve learned over the years that being straightforward with people is the only way to stay in business in a place like this. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on the work we leave behind. Most of our clients come from word of mouth, which is fine by us.
