If you head down to the Industrial Area in Phase-9, Sas Nagar, you’ll find us at Plot No-347. It’s a typical industrial spot, lots of other workshops around and trucks moving in and out all day. We’ve been operating out of this space for a bit, doing mostly mechanical stuff. The floor is usually covered in whatever we’re working on that day. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. Veekay Engineers is basically just a group of us who know how to handle machines. We don’t have any slick sales guys or a big receptionist greeting people. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't under a machine at the moment. The coffee machine in the corner is older than some of the equipment, but it gets us through the mornings. We take on whatever comes our way, mostly fixing parts or making small components that people need. It gets noisy with all the banging and grinding, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being in Sas Nagar because everything we need is close by. If we need a specific tool or some raw material, there’s usually someone a few blocks over who has it. It’s a good community of workers here. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on the bench. There isn't much more to it than that.
