Our office is on the second floor of Sco 107 in Phase-10, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Most people know us for things like water purifiers and vacuum cleaners. This branch in Mohali is where the staff coordinates all the service calls and sales for the local area. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty to look at. We have rows of desks and some storage for equipment. The second-floor location means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just looking at our schedules. The phone rings a lot with people asking for repairs or new filters. We have technicians coming in and out all day, picking up spare parts or dropping off paperwork. It’s a busy atmosphere. We don't have a big showroom here; it’s more of an administrative and service hub. We’ve been in Phase-10 for quite some time, so we are part of the local business landscape. The parking downstairs can be a bit of a nightmare, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can because nobody likes waiting for clean water. It’s a lot of logistical work behind the scenes. We just focus on getting the technicians to the right houses on time. It’s a regular job for a regular crew. We don't do much besides keep the operations running and make sure the spare parts are always in stock.
