Eureka Forbes Ltd.

This is the Eureka Forbes office located at S.C.O 107 on the second floor in Phase 10. We are right near Occanic Fitness, so there are usually people coming and going from the gym downstairs. Up here, it is a bit different. We handle a lot of service requests and customer calls throughout the day. There are usually technicians coming in and out, picking up spare parts for water purifiers or vacuum cleaners. The back room is full of cardboard boxes and various tools. It is a functional space, nothing too fancy to look at. We have a few desks for the staff who handle the paperwork and the phones. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is getting their assignments for the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but we are used to it. We do not have a big lobby or a waiting area; it is mostly just a working office. People from around the neighborhood stop by if they have a problem with their machines. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, though some days are definitely harder than others. It is a straightforward operation. We have been in Phase 10 for a while now, and it is a good spot for us to be located. It is easy enough to find if you just look for the gym. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving along as smoothly as possible.
