We are based at 118 D in Govind Vihar, which is in the Dera Bassi area of Mohali. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. Sarv Sukh Homes LLP was started by a few of us who wanted to do something local. Dera Bassi is a fast-growing spot, and there’s always something happening with new houses and roads. Our office is quite simple. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost in the lanes of Govind Vihar. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table discussing the latest projects we are working on. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished pitch. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. The commute here isn't too bad, though the main road can get backed up with trucks. We like being in this part of Punjab because it feels a bit more relaxed than the bigger cities. Most of our day is spent visiting different sites or checking on materials. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on paperwork or having tea. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have big dreams of taking over the world; we just want to make sure the work we do here in Dera Bassi is solid. If you’re around the 140604 area, you can just stop by and say hello.
