S M Engineers

S M Engineers is set up at Plot No D 79 on the Rajpura Zirakpur Road focal point. It’s a good location for us because of the road access, even if the dust from the traffic gets everywhere. We have been here at this plot for a good amount of time now. The building is a bit old, and the yard always has something lying around, but it works for what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm out there. We just want to get the work done right so we don't have to redo it later. The team here is small and we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of the day looking at drawings or working with the tools. There isn't much of a hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to figure it out, but that is just part of the job. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix things and make things. It is simple and it keeps us busy. Being at the focal point means we see a lot of people passing through. We like the energy of the area. S M Engineers is just a practical place for practical work. We’ve been through a lot here and we keep moving forward. It’s just a normal way to earn a living.
