Pyromedia Consultancy LLP is located in Naya Gaon, specifically at House No. B12-034451 on Gali No 14. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you find us in Vikas Nagar, it’s pretty straightforward. We work out of this house, which makes the whole atmosphere quite relaxed. We aren't wearing suits or following some strict corporate schedule. Some mornings we start a bit later if things were busy the night before. There’s always music playing quietly in the background, usually whatever the person closest to the speaker likes. We handle a lot of consultancy work, which means we spend hours on our laptops. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains, so we just take a break and wait for it to come back. It’s not the most modern office in Mohali, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We have a lot of plants scattered around the rooms because it makes the place feel less like a workplace. Our meetings usually happen in the living area where there are comfortable chairs. We talk about projects and deadlines in a very casual way. There are no big speeches here. We just divide the work and get on with it. Living and working in the same general area means we don't have to deal with a long commute, which is a huge plus for our daily sanity.
