Inductis India Pvt Ltd is located up in Mohali at 691 Phase X. It’s a decent area and we like being in this part of town. The office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our operations. We’ve got a few rooms filled with desks and a small area where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. Phase X is a good spot because it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the city, but it still has everything we need nearby. We usually just come in, do our work, and go home. There isn't a lot of talk about big goals or corporate ladder climbing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all take a break at the same time, which is usually when we catch up on local news. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are stacks of paper here and there and maybe a few dead plants in the corner that someone forgot to water. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s a practical place for practical people. We’ve been here a long time and the routine is what keeps us going. It’s just our little corner of Mohali. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything like that. Just work.
