Our place is over in the Phase 7 Industrial Area, specifically C- 89- A in S. A. S. Nagar, Mohali. It’s a typical industrial setup around here. You have to navigate through a lot of trucks and big gates to find us. We’ve been here at Promessa Exports for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. The building is large enough for all the storage we need, but it’s always filled with boxes. We deal with exports, so there’s a lot of weighing, measuring, and checking labels. It can get pretty repetitive, honestly. Most of the time, the floor is covered in tape and packing material. We don't spend much on decor because it’s a working warehouse, not a showroom. The staff just wears comfortable clothes and works through the list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or a shipment gets delayed, and then everything gets a bit chaotic for a few hours. But usually, it’s just the sound of the forklift and people shouting across the floor to get things moved. Mohali is a busy area for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the neighbors. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to get the crates out the door on time. It’s a lot of long hours, but that’s just how it is in this business. We keep our heads down and do the work.
