5 Taara is tucked away behind the KFC in New Sunny Enclave, specifically at SCO-49 in Section 125 of Kharar. It is a growing area and things have changed a lot since we first opened up. Being just behind a big place like KFC makes it easy to explain our location to people who are driving in from Mohali or Chandigarh. We serve people from all over this region, including those who commute back and forth for work. The vibe in Kharar is a bit more relaxed than the main city, but it still gets busy on the weekends. Our team is small and we mostly just talk to each other and the customers who come in. We don't use any corporate scripts or fancy language when we speak to people. We just tell them what is available and get to work. The shop is simple and we try to keep it clean and organized. Sometimes the construction noise from the new buildings around Section 125 can be a bit much, but that’s just the way the neighborhood is developing. We also make sure to handle orders for people living further out in Chandigarh when they want something from our kitchen. It’s just a regular spot where you can get a meal without any drama. We appreciate the locals who keep coming back to see us week after week.
