Our office is located at House Number 4891 in Pancham Society, which is over in Sector 68. It is a quiet residential area, and we like it that way because it lets us focus on mentoring. We aren't a big institution with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who spend our time working with people on their professional skills. Sometimes we meet in the living area, other times we use the back room for more focused sessions. It is a very informal setup, which helps people feel more at ease. We don’t wear suits and we don’t have a fancy reception desk. Sector 68 is a nice part of town, and being in a society like Pancham makes it feel more like a community than a business district. We help people figure out their career paths or learn new things that might help them at work. It is a lot of talking and sharing experiences. We have had our fair share of ups and downs, so we try to be honest about what it is like out there in the job market. There is no magic formula here.
