Our facility is located at C-132 in the Industrial Phase-8 of Mohali, which is part of S.A.S. Nagar near Chandigarh. Being in an industrial area means we’re surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise around us. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time, and you can see it in the way the floors are worn and the walls have a bit of grime. We don't mind it, though, because it shows that work is actually happening here. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a fancy mission statement. We just come in, turn on the lights, and start our shifts. The work can be repetitive sometimes, but it’s what we know and what we’re good at. We spend a lot of time checking our parts and making sure the machines are running correctly. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves or call in a neighbor. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we value getting the job done over looking good. We have our tea breaks together and talk about our families or the cricket scores. It’s a regular workplace for regular people, and we take some pride in the fact that we’ve kept going through all the ups and downs since we first set up here in Phase-8.
