We are based at C - 149 in Phase 7 of the Industrial Area. Orbit Biotech Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now, right in the middle of all the other factories and units. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always a lot of noise from the neighboring lots. We have our lab and office space set up inside, and it stays pretty quiet in there compared to the street outside. People think biotech sounds like something out of a movie, but for us, it’s just daily work with samples and equipment. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. It’s a standard industrial unit that suits what we do. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we’ve become a bit like a small family. We drink our tea together in the afternoons and talk about the weekend. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend hours getting it right again, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because the work is what matters most. Being in Phase 7 means we are close to everything we need. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get a lot done in this space. It’s just our regular workplace and we like it that way.
