Nimantran Tiffin Service

Nimantran Tiffin Service operates out of Plot No. 2148 in Phase 10. Our days start really early, usually way before the sun is even up and most people are still asleep. The kitchen is the heart of the place and it gets very warm and humid once the stoves are lit. We are chopping vegetables and stirring big pots for hours on end. It is a very busy atmosphere in Phase 10 during the morning rush. We have stacks of steel tiffins everywhere and labels being stuck on bags. It is not a fancy restaurant with waiters. It is just a kitchen where we cook food that tastes like what you would get at home from your own mother. The delivery guys are always coming in and out, checking their lists and loading up their bikes to beat the traffic. We don't have a big marketing team or a website with professional photos. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing the tiffins being delivered to offices. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish and have to swap it for something else at the last minute, but that is just how it goes with fresh cooking every day. We try to keep the place as clean as we can, but it is a working kitchen so there is always something being washed or prepped. It is hard work and our hands are always busy.
