MOHALI BUILDERS AND PROMOTERS LLP

Our office is located at 5186 in Block Faero City, which is a place that’s always seeing some kind of activity. It’s SAS Nagar, so things are moving fast here. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the reality of building houses and working as promoters for different projects. It’s not always easy, especially with the dust and the constant noise of machines, but it is what we do every single day. We set up this LLP to handle the local demand for new homes. Most of the time, I’m either at the desk or walking around a site checking on the foundation work. We don't really use big words to describe what we do. We just build. If a wall needs fixing or a permit is stuck, we spend the day sorting it out. The neighborhood in Faero City has grown a lot, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay on top of things. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the documents and blueprints laying around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything; if you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone with a contractor. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. No fluff, just hard work and getting the keys to people when they’re ready. It's a long day, but we're used to it.
