JAMIS CONSTRUCTION LLP

Jamis Construction LLP is situated at House No. 2089 in Sector 104, which is part of Pearl City in Mohali. It is a residential area, so our office has a bit of a homey feel to it compared to a typical commercial building. Being in Mohali, especially in a newer sector like 104, means things are always growing and changing around us. We use this space to manage our construction business and keep our records in order. It is a quiet place to work, which is nice when we need to focus on blueprints or budget sheets. We have a small team, and we mostly spend our time visiting the different sites where we have active builds going on. The house is where we meet to discuss things and make sure everyone knows what they are doing for the day. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy meeting rooms. Usually, we just sit around the main table and talk through whatever issues have come up at the work sites. It’s a very grounded way of running things. We like being in Pearl City because it’s clean and organized, which helps us stay on track with our own schedules. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on.
