HBP PROPT & CONSTRUCTION LLP

HBP Propt & Construction LLP is based over in Sector 77. We’ve got a small spot at Shop No 4, which is part of the Mohali Welfare Society area. It’s right near VPO Sohana. If you know the Sohana area, you know it’s got a mix of the old village feel and all the new buildings coming up around it. We are right in the thick of all that change. Our shop isn't anything special to look at. It’s just where we keep our tools, our plans, and where we sit down to figure out the next job. Being part of the Welfare Society building means we see a lot of the locals coming and going throughout the day. It’s a good spot for a construction business because there’s always something being built nearby. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. We’d rather be out at a site. But when we are here, it’s mostly just us drinking some chai and looking over numbers. The shop is small, so it gets a bit cramped if more than three people are inside at once. Sector 77 is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep pace with everything. It’s a lot of work, and the days are long. But being in Sohana feels right. We know the roads and we know the people around here. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. No big corporate talk, just HBP doing what we do every day.
