Fortis Hospital - Mohali

Fortis Hospital in Mohali is situated right in Sector 62, Phase VIII. If you’ve spent any time in Mohali, you know how the sectors are laid out, and Phase VIII is one of those areas that everyone knows. The roads are wide here, which is nice compared to some of the more crowded cities. Our building stands out quite a bit, but it’s not trying to be anything other than a place for people to come when they need help. The air here feels a bit different than in the bigger metro areas, and we get a lot of people coming in from all over Punjab. The staff in the Mohali branch has a mix of people who have been here since the start and some newer faces too. We usually start the day pretty early, and the lobby is often full of people waiting by the time the sun is fully up. It is a large place, so there is always someone walking somewhere with a sense of urgency. We have a cafeteria that gets pretty busy around noon, and that’s where you’ll find most of us catching a quick lunch. The atmosphere is generally calm, but you can feel the energy of a busy workspace. It isn’t about being fancy; it’s about making sure the daily routine stays on track so everything runs smoothly for the visitors.
