Fortis Hospital ( Ranbaxy Promoter Group Company)

Our facility is located over at HL-420 in Phase 9, Mohali. Being a part of Fortis Hospital (Ranbaxy Promoter Group Company) means there is always a lot going on, but at the end of the day, we are just a local hospital trying to keep things running smoothly. The building itself is easy to find if you know your way around the sectors in Mohali. It is not one of those ultra-modern glass towers; it looks like a regular medical building that has seen plenty of use over the years. Inside, you will find the usual hospital sights, like rows of chairs for waiting and nurses moving around quickly between rooms. It smells like cleaning fluid most of the time, which is something you just get used to after working here for a week. The shifts can be pretty long, and sometimes the air conditioning doesn't reach every corner perfectly, but we make do. We have a small canteen where the tea is actually pretty decent, and that is where most of us catch a break. Parking in Phase 9 can be a bit of a headache during the morning hours when everyone is arriving for work, so we often have to park a bit further down the road. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here; it's a place where people are busy doing real work and helping those who walk through the doors. It's a hardworking environment with many familiar faces among the staff.
