Dell International Services (P) Ltd.

Our office is located at H 842 in Phase 3 B 1, Mohali. Being here in the 160059 area means we are right in the thick of things. Dell International Services (P) Ltd. is essentially a big group of people sitting at desks with headsets and computers. It’s not the most exciting-looking place from the outside, just a regular building in a busy phase of the city. Inside, it’s always humming with the sound of typing and people talking. We handle all sorts of service requests and technical stuff. It can get pretty intense when the phones are ringing non-stop and everyone is trying to solve a different problem at once. We don't have a lot of frills. There are break rooms with basic snacks and a lot of posters on the walls that have been there for years. We aren't trying to sound like a corporate brochure. We are just workers who know our way around technology. Some of us have been here since the office opened, and we’ve seen how much Mohali has changed over that time. We have our good days and our stressful days, just like any other place. Usually, we are just focused on getting through the queue of tasks and making sure we don't miss anything important. It’s a steady job and we try to do it as honestly as we can. We’re just a part of the local landscape here, tucked away in Phase 3.
