Getting a letter to us is pretty simple because we just use Post Box No. 5. We have been doing engineering work for a long time, and the place isn't anything fancy to talk about. Inside Dcm Engineering Products, you’ll find a lot of metal shavings and the sound of machines humming all day. It’s the kind of work that gets your hands dirty, and nobody here minds that much. We make parts that go into bigger machines, and mostly we just focus on getting the measurements right so things fit where they are supposed to. Some days are slower than others, especially when we are waiting on a delivery of raw material, but usually, there is plenty to keep us occupied. We don’t really do much advertising or anything because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. The guys in the shop have their own way of doing things, and I don't interfere too much as long as the work gets done. We eat lunch together most days, usually just bringing stuff from home and sitting around the big table in the back. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with all the noise from the lathes. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything, just making sure the engineering bits we produce are solid and do what they are meant to do. If you need something specific, you mostly just send a note or give us a call and we see if we can fit it into the schedule.
