You can find us at Sco.1 in Block B2 over at Wave Estate in Sector 85. It’s a newer area and there’s a lot of growth happening. Avanturis Builders And Promoters Llp is the name on our lease. We moved here because it’s right in the middle of where the action is. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep our equipment and meet with folks who are interested in building. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or out at the sites. Sector 85 is changing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers, the suppliers, and the people who want their buildings finished yesterday. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated contracts. We just tell people what we can do and how long it’ll take. Sometimes there are delays, which is annoying, but we try to be honest about it. We’ve got a small team that handles the promotion part, basically just letting people know what plots are available. It's a lot of walking around in the sun and checking on progress. We like the Wave Estate because it’s well-planned and gives us a good base to work from. If you’re driving through Sector 85, you’ll probably see our office near the front.
