Ashvin Earth Developers LLP is located over at SCO No 56 in the JLPL area of Sector 82. It’s one of those newer parts of town that feels like it’s growing every single week. Our office is in a standard commercial building. It’s not too big, but it’s enough for what we need. Sector 82 has a lot of construction going on, which makes sense for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to move earth around. The SCO is usually pretty busy. We have a lot of maps and papers scattered across the desks. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but it’s a working mess. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or leather sofas. Usually, we just have some water and a few hard chairs for anyone who stops by. The JLPL area is quite modern, but we try to keep things down to earth. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just talk plainly about the work. The days can be long, and sometimes the dust from the nearby construction sites gets into everything, but that’s part of being in Sector 82. We like being in the middle of all the growth. It feels like things are happening here. We’re just a small part of that, working out of SCO 56 and trying to keep our projects on track.
