Arya Hospital

We’re situated on Street No 2, right off the Citti Inn Hotel Road. It’s near the new main market in Zirakpur. The road can be a bit bumpy, and it’s not the widest street in the area, but people find their way here eventually. Zirakpur has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen all the changes from our front door. The hospital isn’t a massive complex or anything like that. It’s a straightforward building with a few floors. We have the emergency area on the ground floor and more rooms for patients upstairs. The lobby is usually full of people coming from the nearby market. We have a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. Our desk is always cluttered with registers and blue pens. We don’t use many fancy computers; we still like our paper files and folders. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us working here. We have a small balcony where we can see the hotel next door. It’s a bit noisy with the market nearby, but it feels alive and busy. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times this year, but the building holds up well enough. We just provide a place for people to come when they’re sick. There’s no big mystery to it. We open up in the morning and work until the evening.
