Accutex Sales And Services

Our workshop is located at 165 in the Industrial Area, Phase-Ix. Being in Phase IX means we are surrounded by a lot of other manufacturing units and small service shops. It’s a noisy place, especially when the big machines next door are running. We focus on sales and services, so our day is a mix of people dropping off equipment and us trying to source parts. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor with some plywood. We have a lot of tools scattered around because there is always something being repaired. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s where the work gets done. We have a couple of desks that are usually covered in paperwork and spare parts. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a pen that actually works. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and old charts. We get a lot of walk-in traffic from the other units in the industrial area. People know us as the guys who are usually around even on Saturday afternoons. We take our work seriously, but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. It’s just a regular job for us. We make sure the service is done right so the customer doesn't have to come back twice for the same problem. That’s how we’ve always run things here at Accutex.
