Sangha Rice & General Rice Mills

We are out in Village-Zira, on the Zira Road near Talwandi Bhai. It’s a rural spot, surrounded by fields, which makes sense for a rice mill. We handle a lot of the local harvest here. The mill itself is a big structure that’s seen a lot of seasons. We do general milling too, so we see all sorts of grains coming through the gates. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and the Sangha name has been around this area for a long time. You can see the dust rising from the yard whenever a tractor pulls in. We don't have a fancy paved driveway, just dirt that gets muddy when it rains. The machines we use are loud and heavy, but they get the job done. We spend our days mostly in the warehouse or checking the drying floors. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. By the end of the day, we’re usually covered in dust and sweat. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just talk to the farmers, agree on a price, and get to milling. It’s a way of life out here in the village. We know the land and we know the people. We just keep the mill running as long as there is rice to process. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know, and we’ve been doing it a long time without making much of a fuss.
